The Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Scheduler will develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with federal requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering, maintaining, and tracking program and project schedules using Microsoft Project.

• Ensures full line of sight traceability and conducts thorough program and project schedule reviews.

• Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for federal programs.

• Track project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts.

• Develop reports and dashboards using MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure resource allocation.

• Conduct risk analysis and impact assessments for schedule changes.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience on schedule management.

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize.

• Good communication and written skills.

• Possesses expert knowledge in program and project scheduling, with skills in formulating and analyzing schedules.

• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.

• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.

• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and PMBOK standards.


Employment Type:

• Full Time, Hybrid – Must be able to report on-site at client’s location, as required. 


Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Active MBI Clearance preferred.

• US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.

Salary range: $85,000 - $113,000 per year
