WHAT YOU'LL DO

•    Conduct process discovery and automation feasibility assessments across health plan operational workflows

•    Design and develop UiPath automations (attended, unattended, and hybrid) for claims processing, eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and provider data management

•    Integrate UiPath bots with core health plan systems (core claims, medical management, credentialing, provider data management, etc.)

•    Build reusable automation components and maintain a center-of-excellence framework

•    Monitor bot performance, handle exceptions, and drive continuous improvement

•    Ensure automations comply with HIPAA and relevant state-level health plan regulations

•    Train business teams on automation governance and change management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•    3+ years UiPath development and UiPath Developer certification

•    Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center

•    VB.NET, C#, or Python for custom activity development

•    Experience with Document Understanding and AI Center

•    API integration (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems

•    Experience automating healthcare payer or provider workflows

•    Working knowledge of claims processing (837/835, ANSI X12)

•    Familiarity with CMS compliance and state regulatory requirements
