We're looking for a Project Manager to manage the end-to-end clinical integration process for a multi-site Lightbeam implementation. Working directly with client stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal teams, you'll drive each site from kickoff to go-live on schedule — keeping the work moving, maintaining the project plan and status reporting in Smartsheet, and escalating risks early. This is a hands-on, client-facing management role: you own the integration process itself — sequencing the work, driving it site by site, and holding every party accountable to the plan.
About i2 Health Advisors
i2 Health Advisors is a solutions partner for health plans that want results, not just roadmaps. The company extends investments in established technology platforms into AI-powered infrastructure that modernizes and transforms operational workflows. Meeting our customers where they need us most, i2 Health partners closely with clients to make work faster, smarter, and more scalable.
What You'll Do
• Manage the clinical integration process end to end for a multi-site Lightbeam implementation
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact — run working sessions, communicate progress, and represent i2 Health with clarity and professionalism
• Build and maintain the project plan, task tracking, and site-by-site status in Smartsheet
• Coordinate across vendor partners, client stakeholders, and internal teams throughout implementation
• Ensure the recurring vendor–clinic meetings are actually happening and producing progress
• Define and manage how integration actually runs — sequencing, site readiness criteria, and handoffs between vendor and clinic teams
• Refine the process as sites move through rollout, standardizing what works so each site launches faster than the last
• Issue clear, consistent status reports so stakeholders always know what is done, what is next, and what is at risk
• Track risks, issues, and blockers day to day; escalate early and appropriately
What We're Looking For
• Experience leading system implementations end to end — hands-on Lightbeam implementation experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to run a meeting, write a clear update, and drive to a decision
• Comfortable and credible in client-facing settings, working directly with client stakeholders and external vendor partners
• Highly organized with strong follow-through — comfortable owning a process and holding others accountable to it
• PMP a plus, or demonstrated ability with core project management tools and practices: building and maintaining project plans, tracking and escalating risks, and issuing status reports
• Working proficiency in Smartsheet for project plans, trackers, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across a multi-site, deadline-driven engagement
• Available to start as soon as possible
Nice to Have
• Healthcare industry experience
• Health plan or payer experience
• Population health experience (health plan, provider, or clinical operations setting)
