We're looking for a part-time Project Manager to own and drive the clinical integration workstream for a multi-site system implementation. Working across vendor partners and internal teams, you'll make sure an established rollout process actually happens on schedule — keeping sites moving toward go-live, staying on top of the details, and escalating appropriately. This is a hands-on oversight and coordination role: the vendor already has a process; you are the person accountable for keeping it on track across every site.

What You'll Do
• Own and drive the clinical integration workstream for a multi-site system implementation
• Coordinate across vendor partners and internal teams throughout implementation
• Ensure the recurring vendor–clinic meetings are actually happening and producing progress
• Provide light-touch oversight and maintenance of the vendor's established rollout process
• Stay on top of the details day to day; spot blockers early and escalate appropriately
What We're Looking For
• Population health experience (health plan, provider, or clinical operations setting) preferred
• Proven project management or implementation-coordination experience (PMP a plus)
• Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementations
• Strong follow-through — comfortable owning a process and holding others accountable to it
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity on a scoped, deadline-driven engagement
