We are seeking knowledgeable and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our team. The primary duties of this position include greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing them with information about various cannabis products. Sales Associates will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized storefront, keeping track of inventory levels, and performing sales transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Associate, Budtender (Outer Sunset, San Francisco)
Job Duties:
● Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
● Provide customers with information about different cannabis products, including strains, doses, and effects.
● Ensure that the storefront is clean and organized, including product displays and inventory.
● Keep track of inventory levels and perform restocking if needed.
● Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Maintain a strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and stay up to date on product trends and changes in regulations.
● Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
Skills and Experience:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.
● Knowledge of the cannabis industry and product.
● Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
● Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
● Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements and Details:
● Work location: San Francisco (Outer Sunset).
● Must be 21 years of age or over.
● Schedule: This is a highly accountable, goal-oriented position and the schedule is determined by what is required to meet objectives.
Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
● Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for 8 or more hours.
Job Type: Full-time or part-time, hourly.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
