We’re getting ready to help a lot of people in Madison, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Nurse who wants to grow with us.

The Role

You’ll ensure every IV bag, vitamin, and procedure reflects our uncompromising safety standards while supporting a team that’s motivated, well-trained, and inspired by purpose.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about improving healthcare from the inside out - someone entrepreneurial enough to help scale an incredible elective service business outside of the traditional healthcare system.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer the Hydrate IV Bar medical services menu with excellence.
  • Partner closely with the on-duty Spa Coordinator daily goals.
  • Learn our entire menu. Learn what is safe to administer, and when it is beneficial.
  • Conduct day-to-day responsibilities such as seeing clients and performing services. Lead by example—balancing patient care, operations, and team morale.
  • Ensure that the spa has adequate medical supplies, vitamins, nutrients, and medications for daily IV therapy operations. Manage retail inventory. Order and track POs, manage medical supplies, vitamins, and injectables, and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Communicate directly with the supervising physician, pharmaceutical representatives, pharmacy staff, and Hydrate Home Office support teams as applicable. Coordinate with pharmacy partners and suppliers to optimize cost and minimize waste.
  • Maintain the cultural expectations of the company. Uphold clinical safety and quality standards that meet, and indeed exceed, state and franchise requirements.
  • Follow all protocols and procedures of a Registered Nurse, including administering IVs and injections, properly mixing IV bags, and performing vital signs. Administer IVs and perform injections and client assessments with empathy and precision.
  • Educate staff members on new medications and supplies, including sending emails and explaining SOPs.
  • Support mobile services in public or safe private settings. Transport supplies between locations as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cost analyses. Oversee monthly comprehensive inventory counts on all stock (medical and retail). Monitor store stock, supply tracking, and waste.
  • Recognize medical conditions, allergies, and medications that may be considered unsafe or warrant additional assessment from the supervising physician.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Consult clients on the best IV therapy match for their therapeutic goals.
  • Manage patient records and charting via internal EMR and GuardianMD.
  • Collaborate with management on efficiency, compliance, and staff development. Evaluate procedures to identify and improve efficiencies.
