Compensation: $35,000 base + bonuses + tip-sharing, Target OTE: $75,000–$100,000+

In-Spa Schedule: Tues - Thurs 10am-6pm CT, Fri-Sat 10am-4pm
Management and sales activity work may need to happen outside of in-spa scheduled hours, and the competitive base salary + commission structure compensates for this accordingly.
