JOB TITLE: Service Pro
COMPENSATION:
- Training Period: $17-$18/hr (based on experience)
- After Training: $18 - $27/hour. (depending on experience, certifications, and performance)

JOB TYPE: Full-time
LOCATION:
- Show Low, AZ and surrounding Areas.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrate and exercise skills in customer service and daily interaction with customers.
- Daily service schedule. Services are scheduled in advance and technician is responsible for quality and efficient completion of services.
- Punctually follow a daily routine of services and time windows for customers.
- Perform both regular and new customer services.
- Adhere to state and federal standards on proper use of products used in the industry.
- Continuing education credits required yearly for state licensing. (materials will be provided by company)
- Company vehicle provided for daily services.
- Required to maintain a clean/organized service vehicle.
- Required to wear proper PPE while providing services.
- Must be proficient with using a mobile device or tablet to complete electronic service reports.
- Travel to all close and distant service locations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior industry experience preferred but NOT required.
- Construction experience preferred, not required.
- Customer service experience.
- Good social & communication skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have a smartphone.
- Excellent driving record, and know how to drive a standard vehicle, (5 years clean record).
- Must have current valid driver's license and pass a MVR check.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Maintain a professional, well groomed appearance and hygiene.
- Motivated and able to work swiftly independently.
- Must be proficient on using smartphone or tablet and various communication or office apps.
- Have reliable transportation to work.
- Strong reading and general math skills.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
