The Coffee Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling coffee products to businesses and individuals in the Boston area. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, attend trade shows and events, and collaborate with team members on marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for coffee. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow with a small batch coffee roasting company.

Description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate sales representative to join our small batch coffee roasting company in Boston. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as promoting and selling our coffee products to businesses and individuals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking functions to promote our company and products
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and prepare reports as needed
  • Understand and educate clients on the unique qualities and origins of our coffee products
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the coffee industry and a passion for coffee is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
