Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic Affiliate Managers in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio to spearhead our affiliate operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of affiliates who will promote HVAC Home Supply products and services locally and via social media. This role is crucial in scaling our presence and enhancing our community-based marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential affiliates within the metropolitan area.
• Onboard new affiliates and provide training on our products, brand standards, and marketing strategies.
• Manage and support affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote our brand.
• Monitor affiliate performance and implement strategies to increase productivity.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and risk-taking.
• Organize and participate in local events to boost brand visibility and affiliate engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in affiliate management, network marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary and Compensation:

• Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Commissions based on affiliate sales, offering significant earning potential.
