**Job Overview:**

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising children, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. You will also be responsible for communicating with parents and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the overall success of our childcare program.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children

- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children in your care

- Supervise children at all times, both indoors and outdoors

- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective childcare program

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavior

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a childcare setting

- A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Knowledge of age-appropriate curriculum and child development principles
