Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (In-Home), Clinical Fellowship Year
- Conduct pediatric patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders using either DAYC-2 or Bayley Scales 4th Edition
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders, direct in-home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care as needed
- Monitor and document patient progress electronically and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on speech and language strategies for improvement
-Abide by ASHA CFY standards and guidelines for supervision
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
