Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (In-Home)
DUTIES
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders using the Developmental Assessment of Young Children Second Edition (DAYC-2)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide direct speech therapy services to patients (in-home) with various communication disorders
- Travel to patient home to conduct sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
-1 year minimum experience working with pediatrics is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language function
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

$56 - $65 per hour
