Position Title: Licensed Clinical Therapist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. The Licensed Clinical Therapist will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to clients, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of our mental health programs and services.


**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client intake processes.

- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.

- Provide administrative support including maintaining client records, billing, and insurance verification.

- Act as a liaison between clients and therapists, conveying messages and facilitating communication as needed.

- Participate in client assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.

- Support therapists during therapy sessions by providing assistance as requested.

- Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the clinical team.

- Coordinate with external service providers and community resources to meet client needs.

- Assist in organizing and facilitating support groups and educational workshops.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all interactions.


**Qualifications: **

- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred.

- Must hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC registration in accordance with local regulations.

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Comfortable using online therapy platforms

- Previous experience in a mental health setting or similar role is highly desirable.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with individuals facing mental health challenges.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record systems preferred.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Salary

$30 - $55 per hour
