Hudson Meat Market has been serving the Austin and Hill Country community since 1969. We offer a variety of locally sourced fresh cuts and specialty sausages for both retail and wholesale customers. Additionally, we process wild game for hunters year-round. Hudsons is growing and looking to add to our experienced team.

The Role

As a Production team member at Hudson Meat Market, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the preparation and packaging of our meat products. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. This position is essential to our operations and offers an opportunity to grow within the company.

What You'll Do

- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.

- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

What We're Looking For

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Basic understanding of food safety practices.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
