Who are we looking for?
HRBench is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our growing team and contribute across the full tech stack. As an early member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture to support large-scale client growth and ensuring the scalability and performance of our platform.
What you will do:
- Lead large full stack projects from initial inception to production
- Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
- Design, maintain, and improve data pipelines that underpin our products
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to create extraordinary user experiences.
- Assist in managing client data and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- A strong track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance systems.
- Experience with React, Typescript, Node, Relational Databases
- Familiarity with technologies and frameworks such as Next.js, Snowflake, TailwindCSS, and Serverless functions.
- An ability to perform in a fast paced environment and deal with ambiguity
