This role combines technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and client-focused communication to ensure a seamless implementation process, rigorous quality assurance, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones.
- Gather client requirements, document use cases, and align solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and customer success, to coordinate resources and streamline workflows.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide training to end users to ensure successful adoption of the workforce analytics tool.
- Monitor the go-live phase closely, offering hands-on support to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess project success, identify areas of improvement, and gather insights for future projects.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of relational databases, workforce analytics, HRIS, and ATS systems to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify unique risks during implementation and develop creative solutions to mitigate them.
- Quickly pivot and resolve roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Basic use of SQL and Snowflake (preferred) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct rigorous QA testing to ensure all performance and functionality benchmarks are met.
- Review system configurations to align with client requirements and operational workflows.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, workforce analytics, or related fields.
- Proven success in managing complex client-facing implementation projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Expert Excel skills
- Experience in Merge integrations
- Knowledge of workforce analytics, HRIS, and ATS systems.
- Some SQL and Snowflake knowledge preferred, or willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- A curious and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Proficient in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
