We are looking for a results-driven and creative Demand Generation and Social Media Manager to drive growth and elevate our online presence. Description

Demand Generation:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across email, digital ads, SEO, and paid media.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Own and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging, on-brand content to grow followers and boost engagement.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitors to stay ahead in the social landscape.
  • Measure the impact of social campaigns and report on performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with content creators, designers, and other teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales to support pipeline growth.
  • Experiment with new tools, platforms, and strategies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation and social media management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and passion for storytelling.
