Who are we looking for?
HRBench is looking for a Data Engineer to join our expanding team. As the first hire in this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our data processes, focusing on client data ingestion, management, and implementation to drive efficiency and scalability.
What you will do:
- Manage client data and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Design, maintain, and improve data pipelines that underpin our products
- Work collaboratively with our implementation and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure we’re responsibly managing our data in line with our privacy, security and compliance requirements.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Data Warehousing technologies such as Snowflake.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with pulling data from external APIs
- An ability to perform in a fast paced environment and deal with ambiguity
