Portalus is seeking Broker Channel Sales Professional responsible for developing, managing, and growing the broker distribution channel for the Association Health Plan (AHP). This role exists to drive scalable growth by increasing broker engagement, quote activity, and quote‑to‑close performance. By providing consistent, proactive support to broker partners, this position unlocks a key growth channel while allowing the Direct Channel Sales Manager to focus exclusively on direct‑to‑employer sales.
Location: This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Washington state.
FLSA Classification: Exempt
General Classification: Salary, Full Time, Regular
Salary Range: Expected OTE range is $125,000–$180,000, depending on relevant experience.
