Our Legal Intake Specialists are trained to provide high quality legal intake services to personal injury law firms nationwide, all while helping victims of negligence retain the representation they deserve.

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and document potential clients’ case details in an appropriate manner
• Build rapport with potential clients by responding with empathy and professionalism
• Utilize CRM software proficiently and maintain calm demeanor while multitasking
• Maintain control of calls and overcome objections effectively and graciously
• Identify potential clients’ concerns and provide solutions with ease and efficiency
• Use knowledge of case criteria to evaluate and qualify prospects

• Three years minimum inside sales experience preferred

• Proficiency with CRMs and Google Workspace
• Bi-lingual

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-$25/hour + commission (unlimited earning potential)
