Description

The Team Leader is an hourly leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and driving Unlimited Wash Club memberships. This position leads by example, helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility, and assists management in achieving operational and sales goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support team members during shifts
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships
  • Assist with vehicle loading and daily operations
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards
  • Train and mentor Customer Service Associates
  • Support opening, closing, and operational procedures

Qualifications:


  • Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
