Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with wash package and membership selections
• Promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• Safely load vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel, vacuum area, and customer spaces
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work as part of a team to deliver a fast, friendly, and clean experience

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks throughout the shift
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
