Prepping, Cooking, Serving and Cleaning
We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our team at Howler Bike Park, LLC. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position located at our bike park.
**Job Overview:**
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in prepping, cooking, and serving delicious and high-quality dishes. You will help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, as well as ensure that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menu items
- Prep ingredients and ensure all food is cooked and presented according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in the kitchen
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
The salary range for this position is $17 to $20 per hour.
