About Householder Enterprises LLC DBA KŌMO HOME STAGING

KŌMO HOME STAGING is the home staging division formerly known as Householder Homes Staging. While our name and visual identity have evolved, everything our clients value remains the same — the same ownership, the same experienced team, and the same commitment to creating thoughtfully staged homes that sell. The name KŌMO comes from the Hawaiian word meaning to enter or to come in. We chose it intentionally, as it reflects the moment that matters most in real estate — when a buyer walks through the door and begins to imagine their life in the space. That sense of arrival, comfort, and connection is at the heart of our work. Based out of Kapolei, Hawaii on O‘ahu, we specialize in modern, inviting staging for vacant residential properties. Our design approach blends clean, contemporary styling with subtle island influences to create interiors that feel warm, elevated, and never overdone — allowing buyers to connect emotionally the moment they step inside. Our lead stagers are professionally trained and certified through Staging Studio, a nationally recognized home staging education and certification program. We are also licensed and fully insured, and proudly affiliated with RESA® (Real Estate Staging Association), the leading professional organization for home staging professionals. These credentials ensure our work is not only beautiful, but strategic, ethical, and grounded in industry best practices. We provide full-service home staging for condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and luxury listings, partnering closely with real estate agents and sellers. Our services include design planning, curated furnishings and décor, professional installation, quality control, and destaging — all handled by our in-house team for a seamless experience. At Kōmo Home Staging, we believe first impressions matter. Our goal is to help homes photograph beautifully, stand out online, and create an emotional connection that leads to faster sales and stronger offers. KŌMO HOME STAGING Come In. Fall in Love.

Kōmo Home Staging is an award-winning home staging and design company serving Oʻahu, and we're growing! We're looking to hire two dependable, hardworking Logistics Managers to join our team.

This is much more than a moving position. Our Logistics Coordinators are responsible for ensuring every staging installation runs smoothly—from preparing and transporting inventory to installing furniture, maintaining our warehouse, and helping care for our inventory. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, working with their hands, and taking pride in a job well done.

What You'll Do

  • Pick up the company rental box truck each Tuesday morning.
  • Safely drive the box truck to and from staging properties throughout Oʻahu.
  • Keep the truck fueled and return it with a full tank of gas each Thursday evening.
  • Load the truck efficiently using staging pull lists and installation schedules.
  • Safely transport furniture and décor to and from staging properties.
  • Assemble furniture and install furnishings according to designer floor plans.
  • Carefully handle all inventory to minimize damage and maintain quality.
  • Assist with staging installations and destaging projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
  • Organize and manage furniture and décor inventory.
  • Perform minor furniture repairs, touch-ups, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Assist with inventory receiving, quality control, and warehouse improvements.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and logistics systems.
  • Complete other warehouse and logistics responsibilities as needed

Our ideal team member is someone who:

  • Is dependable and consistently punctual.
  • Takes ownership and pride in their work.
  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
  • Is organized and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoys physical, hands-on work.
  • Treats clients' homes and company inventory with professionalism and care.
  • Can adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently throughout the day.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old with a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be insurable and eligible to drive a rental box truck.
  • Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move heavy furniture.
  • Ability to safely lift furniture with a teammate throughout the workday.
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Hawaiʻi's weather conditions.
  • Successful criminal background check.
  • No smoking or vaping during work hours or in company/rental vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay of $22/hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and demonstrated growth.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 15 paid hours per scheduled work week, provided you are available to work your scheduled Tuesday–Thursday shifts and complete assigned duties. If staging installations conclude early, remaining scheduled time may be spent on warehouse organization, inventory management, furniture maintenance, repairs, cleaning, or other assigned responsibilities.
  • Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.
  • Two weeks of paid time off annually.
  • Paid company closure between Christmas and New Year's each year.
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Opportunity to grow with an award-winning local company.

Teamwork Matters

This position works alongside another Logistics Manager every week. Success in this role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to support one another. We believe the best installations happen when great teammates work together.

90-Day Introductory Period

All new hires begin with a 90-day introductory (probationary) period. During this time, attendance, reliability, teamwork, work quality, driving safety, initiative, and overall fit with our company culture will be evaluated. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully completing the introductory period.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact while being part of a growing local business, we'd love to hear from you!
