GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Job Hours: Currently Thursday-Saturday 12 am-7 pm*
2. 20-25 hours a week
3. Pay starts at $15.50
4. Tiered commission on sales available
5. This is a part-time position

You are responsible for assisting customers in making purchases by providing product information, answering questions, and facilitating transactions. You are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and promoting the company's brand through excellent customer service

Your overall role will include:

• Delivering world-class client experiences, which includes exhibiting great customer service skills, identifying customer needs, and genuinely connecting with customers during the purchasing phase to encourage further interaction with the shop. This also includes:

1. Greeting customers as they enter the store in a friendly and genuine way
2. Identifying customer needs by engaging with them and asking questions
3. Genuinely connecting with customers during the packaging phase
4. Encouraging further interaction with the shop (repeat customers)

• Educating and familiarizing yourself with products so you can give product recommendations to customers. This also includes:

1. Becoming knowledgeable about store products
2. Becoming knowledgeable about store loyalty programs
3. Becoming knowledgeable about the point of sale system

• Taking pride in floor management by:

1. Ensuring the fitting rooms are clear of clothing after each guest uses them
2. Restocking items as needed and arranging products neatly
3. Assisting with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing as needed
4. Assisting in eliminating both employee & customer theft
5. Helping to maintain a neat and orderly sales environment
6. Performing other duties as needed and assigned
7. Being welcoming and engaging with customers in a warm, friendly manner

8. Has at least 2 years of relevant retail experience

10. Someone who has an excellent command of the English language so they can effectively communicate with management, customers, and other employees

1. Customer service skills: Able to deliver elevated customer experiences, perform operational tasks with excellence, and drive excellent results.
2. General product knowledge: A good understanding of the products you are selling and the ability to give expert guidance to customers based on their wants.
3. Communication: Be comfortable communicating with customers virtually, via the phone, and in person
4. Sales: Be able to build relationships and connections with customers to achieve sales goals.
5. Staff/team player: Participate in staff meetings, give input, and collaborate with coworkers as needed
6. Technology: Utilizing POS technology and applications to help in selling and fulfilling customer orders
7. Continuous Learning: Self-driven to keep you with product knowledge trends and remain connected with all training items
8. Interpersonal skills: Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Although seating will be provided, there may be prolonged periods of standing and walking around the store (at least 2-3 consecutive hours)
2. Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment
3. Reaching, including above your eye level, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
4. Lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds (if more assisted lifting with an additional employee may be necessary)
5. Must have reliable transportation
