Our Expectations & Requirements

-Take initiative to stay ahead of prep schedules, as well as help to create a clean, organized environment from both the walk in and dry storage standard. 

-Assist in facilitating a positive,progressive prep atmosphere so that the kitchen stays consistently stocked and of high quality.

-Provide proven work experience in a restaurant or other food-oriented business.

- Have a thorough understanding of daily kitchen operations including food production and food safety.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. May be required to continuously bend, reach, and twist during a shift. 

- Ability to be consistently punctual and ready to work at your scheduled in-time.

- Be able to follow recipes, work clean, and effectively communicate in a team environment.
