Our Expectations & Requirements

- Have at least 2 years of general hotel management experience of similar caliber and volume. 

- Ability to be consistently punctual and ready to work at your scheduled in-time.

- Lead front desk staff as necessary to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the hotel front desk.

- Help support F&B staff in the lobby to seat guests and clear tables.

- Ensure accurate coordination of room inventory in property management system and liaison with the housekeeping department.

- Ensure front desk staff know current rates, packages and promotions.

- Support General Manager and Assistant General Manager with operations. 

- Greet guests and ensure the lobby area and front desk staff adhere to brand standards. 

-  Help to instill company culture, build morale, and create an inclusive and ongoing positive work environment, using established procedures as well as newly developed initiatives.

- Oversight of the hotel front desk, ensuring organization of the department and staff are trained for success.

- Valid TABC and Texas Food Handlers certificate a plus.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. May be required to continuously bend, reach, and twist during a shift.
