About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Agent Engineer who’s excited about building data-centric AI products in Python and/or TypeScript. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders to design and build the full end-to-end AI product experience from user-facing interfaces to agent workflows and integrations.

Our core technologies include Python, Rust, and Kubernetes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own full-stack features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and agent layers
• Develop agentic workflows and integrations using tools like LlamaIndex or LangChain
• Create intuitive developer-facing experiences and interfaces
• Help define engineering best practices, architecture, and culture as an early technical leader
• Collaborate closely with founders on product direction, UX, and customer feedback loops

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack engineering background
• Deep experience with:
• Frontend: React
• Backend: Python
• AI Stack: LlamaIndex and/or LangChain
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
• Strong understanding of:
• System design & scalability
• Data modeling
• Security and privacy best practices
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguity-heavy, zero-to-one environments
• Product-driven mindset with strong user empathy

What We Offer

• Base Salary Range: ~₹28 lakh – ₹46 lakh per year
