As a Front Line Worker, you will be the face of our company, helping customers with various needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Operate and maintain packing, printing, and mailing equipment, ensuring the highest efficiency and safety standards.
• Maintain an organized workspace, restock supplies, and keep the store area clean and orderly.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments, mailbox rentals, and other services.
• Assist with secure shredding and notary services, adhering to our high standards for privacy and security.
• Support our commitment to eco-friendly practices by promoting green shipping options and educating customers on sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
