Job Overview:

As an LMFT at Hopeful Minds Counseling Services Corp, you will provide professional counseling services to clients seeking assistance in addressing their mental, emotional, and relational concerns. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in their journey toward personal growth and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information about clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and treatment goals.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client's needs and preferences.

- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions.

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

- Collaborate and consult with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy, and actively participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements:

- Valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

- Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
