Medical Assistant / LPN — Relationship-Centered Integrative Practice

We are a growing integrative and functional medicine practice in Vermont seeking a warm, organized, proactive Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team.

This is NOT a high-volume corporate medical office environment. We value meaningful patient relationships, emotional intelligence, teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Our patient population includes:

• Primary care

• Integrative oncology

• Chronic illness

• Pediatrics

• Preventive wellness

We are looking for someone who:

Responsibilities may include:

• Patient check-in/check-out

• Vitals and rooming

• Scheduling follow-up visits and labs

• Vaccine preparation/inventory

• Point-of-care testing

• Blood draws (preferred but not required)

• Preparing rooms and clinical supplies

• Supporting physician workflow and patient flow

• Helping maintain a positive patient experience

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a mission-driven practice and be part of building something meaningful.

Part-time initially (32 hours) with opportunity for growth.
