Hope Haven Integrative Health is a growing integrative and functional medicine practice in Vermont seeking a compassionate, emotionally intelligent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or similarly qualified Nurse Practitioner who values meaningful patient relationships and whole-person care.

This is NOT a high-volume corporate medical office environment. We are building a relationship-centered practice focused on providing thoughtful, personalized care in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Our patient population includes:

We are seeking a provider who:
