Reporting to the retail manager Katie, the merchandiser role is responsible for providing excellent

customer service. This person is responsible for cashing customers out, paying attention to the

trends and the inventory levels. Restocking the merch and doing inventory monthly will be a large

role in this position. Social Media help is expected on your down-time as well.

Responsibilities:

● Working the Register

o Learning and working Shopify POS

o Charging and using equipment properly

● Product Knowledge and Top Sellers

o Paying attention to inventory and what is selling well- communicating that to a manger

o Customers purchasing trends

o Staying up to date on our latest product offerings

● Organizing and Cleaning

o Keeping the merch space clean and tidy

o Wiping down all surfaces, taking the trash out, sweeping, putting back all merch in

their correct spot at the end of each shift.

● Inventory

o Counting inventory will be done once monthly

o First full week of every month

● Social Media Content

o Taking photos and videos of the customers trying on our products

o Taking photos- reels- Tiktoks of all new merch

● Assisting in possible pop-up events (extra help)

o Responsible for getting all materials and equipment from the depot

o Arriving to the event on time and setting up with plenty of time

o Set up

● Stocking

o Stocking Merchandise before your shift and throughout your shift

o Beverage cooler and regular merchandise

o Labeling merchandise to go on the floor
