**Job Title: Pediatric Speech Therapist**


**Location:** Small Rural Clinic


We are a growing rural clinic seeking a motivated and dedicated **Pediatric Speech Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team. If you are passionate about working with children and ready to take initiative in building a speech therapy department from the ground up, we want to hear from you!

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement speech therapy programs for pediatric patients with varying needs.

- Perform assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services.

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support each child’s developmental goals.

- Help establish and grow the speech therapy services offered at the clinic.

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using our online documentation system.


### **Qualifications:**

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Pediatric experience preferred, but we welcome passionate candidates eager to build and lead a new pediatric speech department.

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
