Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Leasing & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our leasing and management teams. This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, administrative coordination, and field work to ensure homes are rented quickly and operations run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Leasing Support

  • Respond to renter leads through platforms like Zillow, Doorloop, and internal systems
  • Pre-qualify leads and coordinate showings
  • Follow up with prospects and assist with application and lease execution

Marketing & Listings

  • Post and maintain listings across Zillow, Zumper, and other rental platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate listing photos and media
  • Occasionally assist with basic social media and marketing updates

Client & Owner Support

  • Assist in onboarding new property management clients
  • Help prepare homes for listing (coordinate vendors, verify rent-readiness)
  • Provide weekly updates to owners and maintain strong communication

Administrative & Operations

  • Enter and track data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Doorloop)
  • Prepare reports and assist with tracking key leasing and operational metrics
  • Support the coordination of vendor appointments, maintenance requests, and key logistics

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or admin support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology (CRMs, spreadsheets, email platforms)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Bonus: Experience with property photos, social media, or vendor scheduling

Salary
