HomeRoots Wellness is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health counseling and support services to individuals of all ages. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being of our clients.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

- Active TEXAS state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and mental health counseling.

- Experience working with diverse populations.

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

Pay: $63,000-$80,000 per year salary position based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
