HomePro Handyman is a locally owned, premium residential handyman service serving the greater Tulsa area. We’re growing fast and looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their craft, treat customers like neighbors, and want a stable career — not just another gig. As a Handyman Technician, you’ll handle a wide variety of residential repair and maintenance tasks, working independently from a company-provided vehicle with full scheduling and administrative support from our office team. If you’re tired of chasing your own leads, dealing with billing headaches, and wearing every hat, this role lets you focus on what you do best — the work itself.
Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional
Maintenance & Repairs
You’ll complete small to medium residential repairs and maintenance projects, typically ranging from two hours to a full day. Think drywall patching, door and trim work, faucet replacements, fan installs, fence repairs, fixture swaps, furniture assembly, and similar tasks.
On-Site Quoting & Sales
This role is as much about winning the job as it is about doing the job. You’ll assess the scope of work on-site, build written quotes, present pricing to the homeowner, and close the sale — often in the same visit. While you’re there, you’ll also look for additional work that needs attention and recommend it as a trusted advisor. We’ll train you on our quoting process, but you need to be comfortable talking money with customers and earning their confidence.
Customer Communication
You'll assess the scope of work on-side, put together a written quote, present pricing to the homeowner, and close the sale - often in the same visit. While you're there, you'll also look for additional work that needs attention and recommend it as a trusted advisor. We'll train you on our quoting process, but you should be comfortable talking through pricing with customers and earing their confidence.

Quality & Callbacks — We guarantee our work for one year. The goal is getting it done rightthe first time, every time. Low callback rates are a sign of a great technician.
Professionalism & Documentation — Accurate job notes, photos of completed work, properinvoicing, and timely payment collection through our app (Jobber) are all part of the role.
