Homecourt is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the continued evolution and execution of our visual identity. This role will work across digital, social, email, ecommerce, retail, packaging, campaigns, events, and internal brand needs. You will partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy and creative direction into thoughtful, elevated visual work. The ideal candidate has a strong design point of view, excellent typography and layout instincts, and an ability to balance creativity with speed, consistency, and commercial needs. You are equally comfortable developing campaign concepts and executing the everyday design work required to keep a fast-growing brand looking cohesive and exceptional.

We are building a distinctive brand at the intersection of design, fragrance, beauty, and home and we are looking for a Graphic Designer who can help bring that world to life across every customer touchpoint.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute creative assets across digital, social, email, ecommerce, paid media, retail, events, partnerships, and other brand touchpoints
  • Translate creative direction and brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and polished final assets
  • Support seasonal launches, product campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and brand moments from concept through execution
  • Create ecommerce and website assets including homepage creative, landing pages, product storytelling, and promotional modules
  • Develop social-first creative that feels visually consistent with the Homecourt brand while remaining relevant to each platform
  • Design email and CRM creative in partnership with Marketing and Ecommerce
  • Support packaging, print collateral, retail signage, event materials, gifting, and other physical brand applications as needed
  • Maintain consistency across typography, color, layout, imagery, and overall brand expression
  • Resize, adapt, and version creative efficiently across channels and formats
  • Collaborate with photographers, content creators, external partners, and vendors when needed
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and creative systems
  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas that continue to evolve and strengthen the Homecourt visual identity
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, home, wellness, luxury, or another prestige consumer brand
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, layout, art direction, digital design, and brand storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma
  • Experience designing for ecommerce, email, social, and paid digital channels
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, color, and brand systems
  • Ability to interpret creative direction while also bringing original ideas and a strong design perspective
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across a high volume of work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills
  • Ability to take feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly
  • Experience preparing production-ready print or packaging files is a plus
  • Motion, animation, video editing, or basic After Effects experience is a huge plus
