**Job Overview:**

As a Sales Representative at Home Town Fence Inc., you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality fencing products and services to residential and commercial customers in Commerce City, CO. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and great benefits.

**Responsibilities:**

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics

- Conduct on-site visits to assess customers' needs and accurately measure the area for fencing installation

- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on their specific measurements and requirements

- Follow up on sales inquiries and leads in a timely manner to close deals and achieve sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Knowledge of fencing products and services is a plus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Proficient skills in Microsoft 365 applications and iOS applications. Knowledge in CRM systems is a plus, Specifically SalesForce
