*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and support a team of caregivers in delivering daily care to clients.

- Conduct training and orientation for new caregivers.

- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of caregivers, providing feedback and support as needed.

- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care.

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

*Qualifications:*

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.

- Previous experience in a caregiving role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
