**Job Overview:**

As a Caregiver at Home Sweet Home CBRF, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, personal care, medication management, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse

- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behavior

- Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred

- CBRF certification preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to pass a background check (Please note: We do not inquire about criminal backgrounds as per state regulations)

Salary Range: $12 to $13.75 per hour
