Home Roots Lawn & Landscape is a small & rapidly growing, fast-paced, company based in the heart of San Marcos, Texas. We are currently looking to interview and hire a full time new team member to begin as soon as possible!

The right applicant:

-has and can maintain a valid driver's license

-can pass a background check

-is physically able to carry out duties required

...and is highly motivated, growth-focused, and looking to join a fast-paced team!

New team members will be eligible to accrue paid time off, get incentive pay for hitting goals, and have opportunities to learn practical skills in the field and move up to higher positions in the company quickly. (Most "New Team Members" are able to move up to "Team Member" within a few months if motivated & able to reach all job requirements.)

• Master of tool identification 
• Master of operating zero turns & all mow equipment
• Master of pressure washing 
• Master of proper planting techniques 
• Understands basic requirements for accomplishing common jobs
• Basic understanding of how to operate our scheduling & routing software
