Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and take on a key role in building, leading, and scaling our sales operations. As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team in both the Construction and Industrial Markets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sales processes, setting sales goals, and establishing a strategic sales approach that drives revenue growth. This role will ultimately lead all sales efforts, including responsibility for revenue targets, team performance, and sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development and Leadership:
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a team of sales representatives to ensure a high-performing and motivated sales force.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and regular feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and targets, driving the team to meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans to optimize productivity and sales coverage.
  • Process and Procedure Development:
  • Design and implement sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, conversion, and retention, to ensure a streamlined, scalable sales operation.
  • Develop standardized procedures and best practices for all sales activities, enabling team efficiency and consistency.
  • Revenue Generation and Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of revenue generation, including forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance tracking.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales presentations to effectively present and close business with new and existing clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate smooth operations, clear communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, establish processes, and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Salary

$90,000 - $150,000 per year
