Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hollis Supply, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers and ensuring we continue to meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in outside sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales and networking.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Present and explain our product offerings to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to each customers unique needs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to the management team.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Represent Hollis Supply in a professional manner at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an outside sales role, preferably within construction, industrial & safety
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

 

Benefits

  • Base Pay: $65,000 - $85,000, Yearly - Determined by Experience
  • Competitive Commission Structure - Potential Earnings of $175,000 or more
