As an Account Manager handling a variety of accounts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our top clients receive the best service possible while driving growth for the company.
Position Overview: An Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring that their charter transportation needs are met efficiently and professionally. This individual will quote new reservations, ensure accurate itineraries and act as a liaison between the client and our operations team to provide tailored solutions and resolve any issues. The Account Manager will also work to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, managing all client quotes, communications and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide appropriate charter bus services.
- Create customized proposals and presentations based on the unique requirements of each major account.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless trip execution and service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and service levels, addressing any concerns or issues proactively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, increasing revenue and deepening client relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client business changes to provide strategic recommendations.
- Travel to client meetings or events as needed to enhance relationships and promote the company’s services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to quickly learn proprietary software systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
