What You’ll Do:

🎉 Greet and check in patients with a smile – they’re our VIPs!

📅 Schedule appointments and manage our clinic calendar like a pro.

📞 Call and schedule new patient leads and evaluations.

🧾 Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries.

💰 Collect payments and keep records accurate.

🌟 Deliver outstanding customer service in English and Spanish to our diverse patients.

💡 Resolve patient inquiries quickly and effectively.

💪 Be a key part of a fun, supportive team making a real difference in people’s lives.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2-3 years of front desk experience required (healthcare experience is a bonus!).

✔️ Bilingual (English and Spanish) – a MUST for connecting with our patients.

✔️ Quick-thinking multitasker with strong problem-solving skills.

✔️ Adaptable and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree recommended, but not required.
