Worship Leader, Saturday Services
SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have vocal skills and ability to lead worship
- Must pass worship audition
- Must have recruiting, leadership, and development skills
- Must have experience developing vocalists and worship leaders
- Must be able to create worship schedules and prepare teams for services
- Must have excellent discernment and communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Worship Leader is responsible for creating a Sunday environment where people are actively worshipping and celebrating God. This role provides musical leadership, spiritual direction, and team development for the worship band while helping shape meaningful worship experiences for weekend services and special events.
Job responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:
- Leading worship and vocal teams for all Saturday services
- Attending weekly worship/band rehearsals
- Recruiting worship leaders and vocalists
- Coaching team members in vocal performance, stage presence, and spiritual leadership
- Collaborating with the Service Programming Director and Associate Directors of Band and Production to align
- worship flow and sound
- All other related items as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Encouraging attitude and attention to detail
- Commitment to the Hoboken Grace mission and values
- A humble heart and emotional intelligence
- At least 3 years of band leadership or worship team experience preferred
