Hoboken Grace Community Church is looking for a part-time or full-time video production intern for our Communications Department. The individual will work directly with our Communications Director and staff team to ensure all day-to-day video needs of the Communications team are planned and executed.

 

This position is ideal for anyone who is pursuing a career in Video editing/production, storytelling, communications, or marketing – and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Hoboken, NJ and must be eligible to work in the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have an introductory knowledge of industry-standard video editing software
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and video trends
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail and task-oriented
• Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects at once
• Basic knowledge of video production equipment, including but not limited to, cameras, lighting and set design

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting video production associate with editing
• Assisting video production associate with video equipment
• Scheduling studio times and filming days
• Managing and learning Youtube dashboard
• Identifying timestamps for short-form social media clips

SCHEDULE

• September 16 - December 11, 2026
• 10 - 20 hours per week depending on candidate

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $250 - $500 stipend at the end of the internship
