JOB DESCRIPTION
Hoboken Grace Community Church is looking for a part-time intern for our Counseling Center The individual will work directly with our Counseling Center Director.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our counseling center team. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our counseling services to the community and increasing our online presence. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in marketing, social media management, and advertising within the healthcare industry. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Hoboken, NJ and must be eligible to work in the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Current enrollment in a degree program related to marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content.
· Proficient in using social media platforms and knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
· Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Launch:
· Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the counseling center's services and events.
· Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
· Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and maintain a positive online reputation.
· Track social media analytics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
2. Marketing Packet:
· Collaborate with communications team and counseling center director to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.
· Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date, visually appealing, and aligned with the counseling center's branding guidelines.
· Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
3. Advertising:
· Support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, such as online platforms, local publications, and community events.
· Help optimize advertising content to target specific audiences and maximize campaign reach and impact.
· Track advertising performance and provide insights to refine future campaigns.
